The intricate details; patterned napkins, cutlery, and votives all complimentary in design, were visually stunning. The food in it’s quality, presentation and flavour were sublime.

Yesterday evening we attended an intimate diplomatic reception at Otto’s BMW. The guest list had been restricted to 100. We were thrilled to have been included.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the exceptional service. You can imagine how important my launch party was to me … and Thyme and Again made the night. I had several comments from guests about the outstanding food and the charming staff.

The people from you organization were delightful to chat with before the event … and then so efficient and so subtle during the party … they seemed to magically appear at a guest’s elbow whenever someone was thinking of a glass of champagne or an hors d’ouevre.

Special thanks to ‘Chef Ramsay’ and ‘Rachel Ray’ – I was so nervous I kept forgetting their names but the two of them just smiled, took it in stride and gave me memorable little nicknames to use.

All in all … you provide an exceptional service. I will turn to you again, the next time I need your help with an event.

I wanted to take a minute to say a very heartfelt thank you for all of your hard work, as well as that of your staff, in both the planning and actual carrying out of our event. From our perspective, the evening went as smoothly as it possibly could. It was obvious on our wedding day that we picked the right caterer when Bridget scouted my mother to bring her a glass of wine. You get a caterer for great food, but Thyme and Again went above and beyond! The food was fantastic, unbelievable, wonderful! The care and detail needed to truly ‘cater’ to the event. My husband’s family from Iceland and mine from Newfoundland reflected in the salted cod, the seamless way the serving staff moved throughout the room, even introducing themselves to those people we identified with allergies. My father says people don’t remember the food at an event unless it’s great, and this was one event that the food will definitely be remembered. Thank you Thyme and Again… thank you again and again!
