Gluten Policy

Thyme and Again is very aware and sensitive to the growing requirements for restricted diets and specific food allergies- especially in the world of gluten and gluten free products.

We bake on Sundays because....

• We always do gluten free baking first thing in the morning and have it well wrapped and stored before doing anything with regular flours. This way flour dust (in the air) from regular flours will not settle on the gluten free products avoiding contamination.
• We always make sure that the counter space we are using to prepare gluten free food is freshly washed to ensure it is free from crumbs or flour dust.
• Gluten Free Products are prepared with gluten free ingredients in an all-purpose kitchen and/or bakery environment.

Though we try our very best to accommodate, please be advised that we cannot legally guarantee that products have not come into contact with nuts, nut products or products that contain gluten.
